At Dan Bam Korean & Sushi Restaurant, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to the highest standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.
 
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
•You received the wrong item.
•Your order was incomplete or missing items.
•The food was not delivered in acceptable condition (e.g. packaging damage, severe delays).
•The order was canceled before preparation and dispatch.
 
Please note that due to the perishable nature of food, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal taste preferences or change of mind.
